I'm gonna get myself some FLAXSEED OIL, or Linseed oil as it seems to be called here in the UK.
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what the nutritional content of it is (i.e. Kcals/Protein/Carbs/Fats).
How much should I take, with which meals and at what time of the day?
Also, I've read that it's a good idea to take it with either Borage Oil, Primrose Oil or Safflower Oil. Does anyone know if this is correct?
