If your like most people, who can't stand to chug down those cement weight gainers, here's what I do. First I want to say that I only take weight gainer and creatine nothing else, too much$. I'll usually take my 2000 cal weight gainer use only a fourth and mix with 2x as much milk so its more watery. This is my beverage when I eat my meals, in place of soda, tea or anything else. I just started this and have gained 3 lb in 1 1/2 weeks. Not monstorous, but it works. My .02
