    Caffeine and gingko biloba

Anyone taking this stack? At what dose?

Well, I felt no expected caffeine buzz (kick) at the dosage 200mg/240mg. So, I think I will better stick with my morning pre-workout cup of coffee.

200mg of caffeine is nothing that exciting. If you were going to take caffeine as a primary stimulant for pre workout ? I would hit 400-500mg.
Of cause “at your own risk”

Being more in control of your mind and being able to leverage negativity, pain, anger, rage, willpower, etc into your training for maximum intensity will take you a lot farther, a lot longer, than stimulants.

Practising mental activities will help with this. Nothing wrong with caffeine but the body eventually becomes resistant to stimulants and you lose/diminish your body's natural adrenaline capabilities.

I think its best too if you don't use it everyday too. Perhaps just workout days 3-4 days week.

Why do you think the type of workout you do has any effect on how your brain and CNS responds to chemical stimulants?
