Pre Workout supplements for energy and appetite suppressants

Been outta the game for a few years owing to illness and injuries etc

Got a few stone to drop before I start

Looking for a pre cardio for a stupid boost and appetite suppressants

I've managed to drop a huge amount of weight before naturally but I need help this time owing to time constraints,

Currently using T5 and I've ordered clen for when I start properly, but I guessed the safest bet and the most efficient way, was to ask the experts here

    Cheers mucckas

I just started taking C4 Mass by Celucore pre workout. It's got 30grams of Carbs and 5gr of CM. I had been losing my pump mid workout. I just workout with it yesterday and had a crazy good pump going the entire workout

    Yep.

You can buy caffeine pills if you like but just a black coffee is good

BTW Clen is a horrible drug and only really shines when your bodyfat is really low.

Side effects aren't worth it for me, potential side effects short term are

    Muscle cramps
    Hypertension (increased blood pressure)
    Increased heart rate
    Palpitations
    Insomnia
    Dry mouth
    Vomiting
Tremors (shakiness especially marked in hands)
    Anxiety
    Nervousness/ restlessness
    Headaches

As stated it works better at a lower bodyfat and also with a low carb diet. It's not for me any more.

A couple of tablespoons of instant coffee mixed in with my whey and oats does it for me.

I find coffee to be horrible pre workout as it's usually to "heavy" in the stomach.
By "heavy" I mean like any meal take takes some time to digest,
like if I ate hot dogs I probably wouldn't feel good training 1h later, probably still tasting hot dog if I burped.
But in that regard everyone will be different, so whatever works...

I like various caffeine solutions which I add theanine and taurine to,
and my experiments with phenylpiracetam so far leads me to conclude it's an ok preworkout if you have easy access to it.
It seems phenylpiracetam is drastically more powerful with caffeine than without, but I also had no side effects without caffeine.

Ritalin is also okayish. Not much but 5mg with caffeine can be enough.
Ritalin is also drastically altered by caffeine, but side effects are worsened really bad, but when it comes to the gym, those side effects are quite tolerable; heat, sweat and clammy, nervousness, tremor.

With stimulants one always has to be careful and know dose and interactions.
You do not want to unintentionally combine any stimulant with yohimbibe f.ex.
Or combine two stimulants without thinking it through, as sometimes they are additive (1+1=2) or sometimes synergistic (1+1=3)
    KINGKONG and almostgone like this.

I really like 100mg caffeine tablets. They don't dry you out like some drinks, are easy on the stomach, and can be taken with just plain water. If your tolerance for caffeine is high, they sell 200mg tabs but those are too much for me. I've been using Jet-Alert tabs and am happy with their quality.

Pretty much what I ended up taking after getting older

Coffee or just a caffeine pill works just fine, pre-workout powders just cost more money which you could be spending on other things, also found the older I get the rebound and wellness from preworkout takes a lot out of you...

I like 4gauge, more for the pump and tingle than the caffeine. I don't mind the extra energy, but I really like the pump

Check out "Genius Pre" on Amazon. That's what I use at night so it doesn't keep me up afterward. It's my second favorite. No stims. Good pump

I personally use Purigami Natural Pre-workout Powder for Women and I have seen fantastic results! On days I forget to bring it to gym with me, I can see a difference in the amount of weight I am able to lift and the number of reps I can get through. You can find more reviews on pre-workouts for women on https://www.theolive.com/reviews/pre-workouts-women/

Coffee as mentioned. But taper slowly so you wont fatigue and desensitize so fast.
