I'm thinking of giving it up, anyone living a caffeine free life and able to function?

No... but I have.... key is how you go about quitting and how you stay off

My method of quitting (coffee is my preferred caffeine delivery system)

Cut coffee to half dosage per week till only one cup of coffee per day taken in the morning.

    Then 50/50 caf/decaf for a week

Then 100% decaf for a week

    Then ur done

Trick to maintaining is getting enough sleep every night

I've never been a caffeine person. I've done ECA (Albuterol not Aspirin) and ECY a few times here and there but day to day I Have zero caffeine.

Stopped drinking coffee cold turkey. Was still using caffeinated pre workout tho.

Just picked up some stim-free pre workout from NutraBio and gonna give it a go.

Either you can stop cold turkey or slowly decrease the amount of coffee you drin each day. In my opinion, both ways work.
