How to use creatine monohydrate please tell me....i am in bulking mode.
My age 26,
Height- 5’7”
Weight- 65kg
Total Calories intake- 3500-4000
Protein- 300g
Carbs - 450g
Fat - 80-90g
I studied, it use after workout with protein powder.
People say that drink 4-5 letter water/day
I drink 1.5 letter low fat milk daily
My question is drink only water or other liquid like as milk ?
