    T3 Meds

Hi, anyone tried T3 Meds to speed up metabolism? How did you take to it? I’m have problems. Loads of muscle (16 stone fat free muscle mass at 6ft3), do all the right things re diet and cardio and training etc. I will get tested for thyroid issues soon as I had a metabolic age of 62!!!!!!!!! How is that even possible?

If I remember correctly, 25mcg is replacement does, I would not recommend higher than 100. I take it first thing in the morning. A lot of people split it up throughout the day, which I think is unnecessary given the half-life

I have now started to take my Levo at night and so far I have slept better and fealt more energetic in the daytime, I only just started doing this but I am hopeful that it will work for me.It maybe worth a try if you take yours in the morning.

I also get the tingling, burning bruised feeling on my scalp and have lost alot of hair, often get bald patches it`s a nightmare but they do grow back eventually, doc said my hair prob was alopecia which is another autoimmune thing, and there is no cure.
