Anyone use a blend of TUDCA and NaC (maybe milk thistle too in same formula). If so brand ?
Trying to reduce # of pills per day.

I don't blame you
Sorry to reply w a non answer, I hate when people do that
Meadows brought on a doc to talk about liver health, he said such supplements don't actually work.
I am sure there are studies that say they do, sponsored by the supplement industry, and probably not to any statistical significance. But these are assumptions because I am lazy
Thoughts OP?

Be careful with milk thistle on cycle. I have read that it intereferes with the AAS and was only recommended off cycle

I use bulk supplements NAC. I have a little scoop that grabs 600-650mg at s time. Loose powder
And same with TUDCA loose powder
I just toss a scoop of NAC and ½ scoop of TUDCA in my mouth 3x a day
1800 NAC and 750 TUDCA (TUDCA measures with a different scoop 450mg)
Jesus and glutathione would do you good
OP, I thought rich piana's (spelling?) brand had a good combo liver guard that had both (and a bunch of good other stuff) btw

Yeah everything but TUDCA from the 5% brand.
Never really used liver support because I would bounce back from Tren and my liver enzymes never skyrocketed only cholesterol. Plus I avoid orals.
Figured it might be worth a consideration with the duration i'm gonna use Tren this time around.
Gonna give couch's idea a try :).
I didn’t see TUDCA. Is that Bulk Supplements also?

No I get TUDCA from a special source.
I'm kinda locked in with it now, because if I miss one if my 3x daily doses I end up really sweaty, cold and vomiting.
I know it's good TUDCA when it makes me itch. I just don't know why they ship it to me pressed inside particle boards as a cheap out together dresser.
Any ideas on this shipping method, Guiseppe?
