i've heard of it, i don't know how good it is, but i do know that it's sugar free and you've gotta be blind if you havent seen the posts on the need for dextrose post workout

what could i add to the shake to ahve dextrose in it?? some honey or something?
i think that'd work, i throw ice cream into every one of my shakes for added calories. you might want to try that, makes the shake taste a helluva lot better too. if all else fails just eat, i'm guessing that goes into your post workout routine anyway.Quote:
