    Allmax Vitastack or Multies?

    Been using these for some time. They seem to have a broad amount of goodies in them. Is it worth gulping 9 pills and $ or can I get a decent multi vitamin that does the job. I used ON multies before, but honestly feel 0 difference if on multies or not. Whats everyones go to?

    I buy Walmart brand centrum silver lol. Good enough for me
