Depends. If you take it in the morning , you may be super hungry in the morning.... if so,then take it at night.

Haven't thought to dose Ibutamoren (MK677) anytime besides at night (as the lethargy and hunger can be outrageous).

When i take it in the morning around 6:30 i eat and then if i dont eat again by 9 i get really shaky and light headed and i have to get food down very fast. Ive stopped it for about 3 weeks now and have dropped alot of weight bc i just cant eat enough without it

I’ve only run it bulking with deca, but struggle as it is with eating let alone with tren. It really suppresses my appetite

There is no way that I could run MK677 on a recomp. I would have too many calories even though clean.
IMO, everything needs to be right on to do a recomp. MK677 is not a precise “SARM” and maintaining that balance would require a better person than me.
I could show you a graph of my weight, and I bet everyone could tell me when I started MK677 from the spike in weight. Essentially the same intake.

I loved it on tren it even seemed like less sides probably wasnt but anyway i could eat more . Cant eat good at all on tren but addin mk I definitely could eat over maintenance and make a clean bulk cycle

I have chemyo mk677 it increases my appetite but no where near the way I hear other people describe it. Not sure if it's me or the gear I have isn't up to snuff.. only heard good things about them tho. Might need to go with MA next time.

Usually, I take the MK677 on days of my workout sessions, in the morning and after the workout session. It helps me a lot with recovering the muscles during the weeks of daily training. Usually, I buy the MK677 fitness supplements from the rats.army online shop, they got very good pricing and the free deliver method for regular customers. Also, I was thinking about taking 2mgs more daily. What do you think is safe, or is it too high an amount and it can be dangerous?
