    Caffeinated pre work out vs non caffeinated

    I have heard caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, which makes me think a pre workout loaded with caffeine would be working against what we are trying to accomplish. Are caffeine free pre workouts better? Or does the extra energy boost from caffeine outweigh the vasoconstriction caffeine causes?

    In my experience taking caffeine + a vasodilator like citriline I’m still able to get pretty good pumps. I’m not sure what’s optimal but I like the energy more than any pump.

    Taking a caffeine-free pre-workout will help you get the most out of every stimulant-free workout. They are very effective for increasing muscle pump, focus, strength and performance.
