    Whats the best carb blocker on the market right now thats proven to work?

    yeah it binds to the carbs you intake. Some people who are on keto diets use it when they cheat so they don't go off keto.

    theres a carb blocker out called phase 2, all it is is white kidney bean. take 2 pills whever you eat carbs.....

    the studies on phase 2 is like on average a pound a month, not worth it IMO. but its the newest carb blocker out so i thought id let people know. not eating carbs is the way to go.
