Pretty interesting video.. i knew nothing on this topic before i just took the random omega3 fish oil supplement.
English not my main language and alot complicated words in the video but from what i understood : Cod liver oil is good, look for equal EPA and DHA content. If there is alot more EPA then DHA then its probably low quality oil. And the guy says 3g fish oil a day helps brain function noticably for him. Great. I havent noticed shit but im gonna start taking it again now.
