guys,
I've done the bodyforlife challenge...spent money on EAS products, lost
weight but had marginal muscle gain. i'm confused and discouraged.
i've checked out the stackers on steroid.com and see 21 lbs in 4wks etc..6wks..you get the picture.
i need to loose some fat and have some decent lean muscle mass gains so i can keep myself motivated past the 12th week.
help.
