im 6' 190lbs, i dont know my bf %, i can see my upper abs wen i stretch but i got a gut, n a roll. not that noticeable but i wanna get a flat 6pac. along with a proper diet low in carbs, cardio, and ab exercises, which fat loss supplement works best? shud i try hydroxycut, xenadrine, ripped fuel or hot rox???? have any of u guys tried any of them and if so wut worked the best? can u guys let me know. thanks
