im 6' 190lbs, i dont know my bf %, i can see my upper abs wen i stretch but i got a gut, n a roll. not that noticeable but i wanna get a flat 6pac. along with a proper diet low in carbs, cardio, and ab exercises, which fat loss supplement works best? shud i try hydroxycut, xenadrine, ripped fuel or hot rox???? have any of u guys tried any of them and if so wut worked the best? can u guys let me know. thanks

You need ephedra.......this new Hydroxycut sucks......went through 2 bottles and lost 2lbs......
When it had ephedra in it.......I lost 15lbs in 30days
buy something w/ephedra or don't take anything at all and hit the treadmill like a madman
clen357 is the best fatburner on the market. It is the same as VPX liquid clenbutrx, but half the cost.
You could always try clen.... and alot of people seem to like thermorexin if you want to keep it legal
