    ECA dose?

    Hey guys I need a little help...

    Whats the dose on a ECA? I havent taken it for a while, but I think its 50/350/100 (ephredra/caffeine/asprin. Anyway like 3 times a day right? Its been a few years so lets hear it

    I think it's more like 30/200/325,
    if you buy them not mixed, it's one pill of each.....
