How should your off day diet be compared to on days? Same protein and less carbs or keep the carbs and cals the same as lifting days?
How should your off day diet be compared to on days? Same protein and less carbs or keep the carbs and cals the same as lifting days?
On my off day I will just make it a meal usually dinner and I will eat what ever I want but I will make sure I maintaine my protien intake
It all depends with me.... if bulking, than my off day looks just like any other day. Now if I'm dieting down than I lower my carbs to adjust for my physical activity for the day.
I drop 30 grams of starchy carbs and replace it with fibrous carbs.
depends on goals and actvity level
