    melatonin?

    Hey guys, I was wondering if its ok to use melatonin if your only 18? Thanks!

    Its aids in natural sleep process. Try using around 300mcg. I think that would be ample in helping.

    Yeah, Ive always had a slight case of insomnia. But the melatonin seems to have fixed that right up.

    Thank God for Melatonin! I must say that since I've been using a product containing 2mg of Melatonin per serving I sleep like a baby.

    Thats great that its worked for you. Just make sure you don't use too much. There have been reports of it causing very vivid dreams/nightmares when taking more than the recommended dose. I've only had good experiences with it.
