    football inseason?

    i play football and we're just starting to get into the grueling shit. are there any supplements that would help with hydration, soreness of joints or anything that might help me out?

    glucosamine always works for me. Helps out the joints. Cheap as hell too.

    Get some glutamine and hydroforce. Hydroforce is a new drink formulation from VPX. I think it has been released. Take 20grams of glutamine per day. 5g morning, prior to practice, post practice, and before bed.

    Dehydration simple electrolytes drink gatorade take potassium. Do not take creatine creatine will not help you really with sorness and will make you more dehydrated and cramp up
