    Nutritional ?'s

    Here is the list....

    -where can I get a book that has the complete nutritional tables for all the different foods?

    -do you guys think ZMA is worthless?

    -do you guys like Designer Protein?

    -what do you guys take for a good Mulit-Vitamin?

    -what is in your guys opinion is the best (substance wise...not taste wise...I can eat for form and not for function...to quote a famous member) the best meal replacement or post workout shake. I am looking for a shake with about 50 grams of protein with some good carbs for a meal replacement and an easy post workout shake.

    -what other sort of testosterone precursors are out there that will help with the clomid therapy post cycle?

    -what supplements do you guys take while on your cylces?

    Oh, I forgot...where are you guys getting the best deals on your supps and is what I read true about GNC having to match prices in a mail order catalog?

    ZMA......just get 30mg zinc tab and 500mg magnesium tabs. I got both of them at GNC for $5.00 sure for that much its worth it.

    MRP.....myoplex strawberry cream.....the BEST

    Designer protein......yeah i love it

    testosterone precursors.......ALL SUCK (all pro-hromones SUCK)

    I take costco brand multi-vit pak...i think its good

    I wasn't referring to Pro-Hormones (yeah, they do suck...most guys I know that have taken those have gotten worse side effects than they did when on gear), I was talking about stuff like tribulus, horny goat weed, pumpkin seed extract, saw palmetto, yohimbe and stuff of the like.


    Also, has anyone ever seen good results from Saw palmetto and Chrysin from a DHT blocker and an anti-aromatase.

    Barnes and Noble has a book called "The Complete Book of Food Counts" by Corinne T. Netzer.

    Ignore the crap at teh checkout counter, head for any decent bookstore, and pick up one of these:

    - The Complete Book of Food Counts, by Corinne T. Netzler, available in paperback, or

    - The Corinne T. Netzler Encyclopedia of Food Values, published in hardcover.

    The first one breaks down all foods by calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, cholesterol, sodium, and fiber. The hardcover version, which is even more complete in its listings, includes a breakdown between total fat and saturated fats.

    Unlike the generic guides, Netzler's books include listings by specific brand name and a breakdown of all fast foods by restaurant name.
