    Need HELP on what suppliments to buy?

    I just got 30 cc of durabolin 250. What suppliments are a must buy to let get the most out of my juice?

    first off just running that will suck, your better off with a single ester test. As far as supplementation goes, just focus on eating right. but for shits and giggles here would be my supplements regardless of cycling or not
    1.Multi-vit
    2. Protein powder ( Whey, Isolate or even some Casien)
    3.ALA
    4.Liver Tabs
    5.Joint Support
    6. CLA
    7.Flax Oil
    8.Glutamine and Creatine

    Oh, and Grape Seed Extract is good for to get rid of free redicals and helps protect against hair loss. I'm sure grapeseedextract.com would have some information.

    And I agree with abstrack on the EFAs etc.

    If you have to ask.....you shouldn't be using anabolics yet.
