Alright guys I gotta question for you. How many pills a day do i need of 1-T and 4-AD. I want an effective dose recomendation. when i say effective I mean a dose that will cause massive gains in mass and strength. Both the 1-T and 4-AD are 25mgs per pill and are made by Molecular Nutrition. This may seem like a weak dose but they are ethergel pills if that means anyhting to you. Also how long should I take it for to be effective.
In general, take the recommended dose and multiply by 1.5 to 2.0. Run that for 4 weeks with 2 bottles of 6-oxo for post cycle recovery.
4-6 of the 1-test and 8-10 of the 4-ad. These products are severely underdosed. I would cycle for 4-6 weeks with a 4 week layoff. Next time go with better products.
25mgs? 4ad mine were 250mgs how much does a bottle cost you and how many pills are in it?
120 caps for $32. They are etherated which improves absorbtion, but they are still underdosed.
