    Question How much 1-T & 4-AD do I need?

    Alright guys I gotta question for you. How many pills a day do i need of 1-T and 4-AD. I want an effective dose recomendation. when i say effective I mean a dose that will cause massive gains in mass and strength. Both the 1-T and 4-AD are 25mgs per pill and are made by Molecular Nutrition. Also how long should I take it for to be effective.

    25 mgs of 4ad mine were 250mgshow many bottles of 4ad did u buy I took 750 mgs

    you running 1-test in ethergel form from Molec Nutrition? or using a transdermal from like BDC or LG?

    4-6 per day of each for 4-6 weeks. Go with the 4-ad on the higher side.

    25mg of 4-AD in one pill??? I dont know ALOT about it but i know enough about it to know that its a complete rip-off. I have 2 bottles of 4-AD and the mg's for mine were 250mg a pill bro

    They are not a complete ripoff. The 25mg oills from Molecualr will probaly get more 4-ad in your body than the 250mg pills. This is b/c they are etherrated and dissolved in oil. This makes for better absorbtion through the lymphatic system. 200mg of ethergels would be the equivalent of 1200mg of 4-ad in regugular capsule form.
