I am looking for something that I can take before I workout so I can have some extra energy. Some days I go in the gym feeling great and can workout with high intensity. Then other days I just don't have the energy. My diet is the same and everything. I'm not really looking for something w/ ephedra but will use if that is all that is out there.
I'm also curious about the nutritional value of oatmeal raw. I usually just grind up raw oatmeal and mix it w/ my protein shake for a meal. Is it the same as cooked? I know eggs have a better nutritional value scrambled instead of raw. Basically just wanting to know if the label on the side of the box is the nutritional value of raw oatmeal.
