I did a search and read some posts and it seems that for liver protection,
Milk Thistle, r-ALA, and tylers are the best.
When I go to the ASN store I come up with R- and the description reads about inlsulin and suppressing carbs and stuff. Is that the right sup.?
Also no tylers when I do a search??
I am on a cycle of sus 250 eod, and deca 500mgs/wk.
Should I be taking this stuff (the supps)? I used to drink heavy but am abstaining for at least the next 12 wks.
