First pro-hormone cycle
Hey guys-
Im going to run my first prohormone cycle on Monday. Here it is:
300 g of 1-AD
300 g of 4-AD
ZMA
Tribulus
NO2
Should I bump up the g's for the AD's? Also, I have some Phosphogen HP, should I run that too? And do you think the NO2 is worth it right now, or should I run that afterwards with the 6-OXO and the Phosphogen? Im looking to gain 20 lbs. by April, naturally. I want to get what I can out of my body before roids. Thanks for your help. Oh by the way:
20 yrs. old
180 lbs.
6 foot
300 Bench, 315 Dead Lift, 300 Squat, 215 Clean.

Well phs are not naturall what 1ad and 4ad are you using I would bump up the 4ad to 750 mgs at least

99.9% of 1-ad users do not need 800mg. There is only so much hormone that can attach to you AR. After that you might as well just throw it in the toilet. Assuming you are using oral 4-ad I would go with 600-900mg along with 400-600mg of the 1-ad. I would take the PhosphagenHP post workout to replace glycogen stores.

I would dissagre...from exp I would say that 600mgs is not enough...but to each his own.
Jonnie5...start with 400-600 but you might need to bump it up esp if you spread it out throughout the day...

I think that its not that he needed to bump it up its more it wasnt working fast enough I started at 300mgs got up to 500mgs and was fine

Would you take the NO2 along with the 1-AD and 4-AD? Ive got ErgoPharms 1-AD and SupplementDirects 4-AD. What kind of gains can I expect from this and for how long should I run this cycle?

With a high protein, high calorie diet, hard training, I would expect 6-10 pounds of muscle. Do not confuse muscle glycogen, food in your stomach, etc... as muscle. Most people seem to think all weight gain is muscle if bodyfat is not increased. However this is not true.

run it for 8 weeks (most ph take 3-4 weeks) I would bump up you ph to 450 personal opinion, as far as No2 do not find it to beneficial but whatever if you have it take it. Ph are so screwy bc you only get like a 15% conversion rate so if you take in 450 of each you are only using about 70 mg

In answer to your NO2 question. No, return it to GNC...please. Get your $80 back. I work for them, and I still think you should take it back.
