    Time for some new creatine

    Im goin off cycle for a while and havent been on creatine in a while. What do you guys recommend from Allsport. I love the pro rated protein which i will also be picking up. Let me know, thanks, Doc.

    Well I tried IDS Creatine Titrate which I felt was great for me, my muscles were NEVER sore(mass gains weren't huge though, maybe 4 lbs?). However now that I'm off it, I'm feeling the pain which shows the creatine was actually working. Now I'm going to try Bicreatol XS by BSN. I looked at the incredients, and I think this product looks almost unbeatable on paper. You have your protein, and creatine all in one supplement; also, for those looking to put on mass, it has 300 calories i believe. So from experience IDS worked well for me, but you might want to try Bicreatol.

    I dont know if Allsport. has it or not but I would suggest Vitargo cgl.

    Ive been on Ast Micronized c all year great stuff it even disolves in water in under five minutes if stirred. Grat gains here without the six scoups aday crap the ifo says to do.
