    Just wondering if any of you would help me out....
    I am 23 years old, and tired of being a hardgainer!
    I just got out of the U.S.M.C about two years ago and lost about 10 lbs since. Lifted on and off since high school, but I always just get definition and then a flatline in results. I just started working out again and was wondering what supplements would actually work this time to help me gain weight.
    I am 5'11 and 140 lbs.
    My goal is to gain 20-30 lbs. within 6 months if possible.
    I started eating 4-5 meals a day. Lots of egg whites, milk, chicken breasts, turkey and fish. Ummmm, if you have some time please let me know what I could add, thanks

    here ya go, get that checkbook out

    you need creatine, a good meal replacement, a good whey protein, some aminos, some glutamine, a ton of food, and lots of water and rest.

    dane pretty much said it all bro!

    Don't overtrain either!

    Try training 1 body part a day for 5 days, then take 2 days off

    Or 2 days on 1 day off 2days on 1 day off.

    Keep your workouts under 45 min.

    Remember you break the muscles down when training and you
    build them up when your resting!

    tue back
    wed arms (bi's tri's forearms )
    thu legs + calves
    fri shoulders + traps

    thanks for the help. I'm working on getting those supps but it will be a couple of weeks.
    okay, right now I am doing legs on monday........
    shoulders, chest and tris on wednesday
    and biceps and back on friday
    I do 4 sets on my abs each of those three days.
    Do you think I should do one group each day or keep it the way I am doing it now? Since I don't have supps right now should I wait to work out until I get them or how should I work out for the next couple of weeks till I get them?
    Also, with what frequencies should I use the supps?
    Sorry for so many questions but I'm new to this and want to make sure I do it right to gain some weight.....weighing 140 is driving me plum crazy!
