Just wondering if any of you would help me out....
I am 23 years old, and tired of being a hardgainer!
I just got out of the U.S.M.C about two years ago and lost about 10 lbs since. Lifted on and off since high school, but I always just get definition and then a flatline in results. I just started working out again and was wondering what supplements would actually work this time to help me gain weight.
I am 5'11 and 140 lbs.
My goal is to gain 20-30 lbs. within 6 months if possible.
I started eating 4-5 meals a day. Lots of egg whites, milk, chicken breasts, turkey and fish. Ummmm, if you have some time please let me know what I could add, thanks
