    Weight Gainer Powder

    What have you guys used in the past and what do you like. I am looking for a post workout shake that will go well with my creatine and glutamine.

    I use 4 eggs milk icecream 1 bannana and 1 spoon of honey....

    Most "supplemental" weight gain formulas are loaded w/sugars. Even the ones that aren't usually use maltodextrin which is a high glycemic carbohydrate. It causes a huge insulin spike which is great for post workout but if you take it when your body doesn't need the insulin you just get fat.

    Stick with whole foods for your carbs, toss some bannanas in or whole eggs as bexsome said bro. That is the best way to do it IMO.

    I've never liked weight gainer powders either, especially since I'm such a food lover. I too like eggs after a workout, and sometimes some chicken and steak.
