I found this at allsportsnutrition.com when I was checking out the ph's they had. This sounds reallly good, but I was wondering if 1-AD and 4-AD stacked would be better?

One of the first things I learned in college when I was learning the basics in research is that you have to always take into account where any information is coming from. If the person has a vested interest in the outcome of any research or a particular product, then you can't take their findings or their opinion into account. This sounds like one of those situations.

First off, the article kind of jumps around between calling the product a hormone replacement and an hormonal manipulant. The products named are all manipulants, not HRP's.

Secondly, they claim to have been able to use precise dosages, which is impossible because every person has their own individual needs. That's why people try one product and have different results.

It does sound like this stack would work for most people, but I don't think it's quite as good as they're trying to make is sound.

1-ad and 4-ad really do the same thing, they both convert into 1-testosterone. The only real difference is that 4ad has some stuff added to it to make it absorb a little better (I can get into more detail if you like). 5-ad does the same thing, but some believe that even if some of the 5-ad isn't converted into 1-test, it will still promote muscle growth.

From what I've been reading, it seems that it would be good to take either, 1-ad, 4-ad, 5-ad, or a 1-test product, but pretty much a waste to combine any of them. By combining more than one, you are just putting more in your system to increase your chances of absorbtion, but you can really do the same thing by simply increasing the dosage of just one of the products. For example, take 600 mg's of 1-test is going to be the same as taking 300 mg's of 1-ad and 300 mg's of 4-ad. You can combine that with the Secretagogue-One™, because the Secretagogue gets your body to secrete more growth hormone. You may even want to take some ZMA at night on top of the Secretagogue. If you take 1-test, you should also take 6-oxo, because 1-test is really a synthetic hormone, and not getting your body to increase it's own test output. The 6-oxo gets your body to secrete it's own testosterone, so you benefit in two ways, you have more test in your body (natural and synthetic) and you decrese, if not eliminate your chances of gyno, because your body's test production isn't being shut down. For that reason, I would also suggest extending the 6-oxo for at least two weeks after the prohormone cycle. You can just add some GF-1 and some MAG-10 if you have the money and you think you're going to have a hard time putting on muscle.

I guess another thing to point out is about the DHT. Products like Maxteron have DHT, but it's not the type of DHT that causes baldness. Only natural DHT causes baldness. Certain steroids cause your body to produce more natural DHT and that's why there can be hair loss. You don't have to worry about synthetic DHT.

I should add that I haven't used any prohormones personally, my info is based on research that I've read (from independent researchers not funded by any prohormone companies). This is one of those subjects that I don't think personal experience really counts all that much anyway, because like I said before, people are different and have different needs. Ask people about one product and you will get people that swear by it and you will have people say it's a complete waste of time and money. There's an issue of dosage (one person may only need 200 mg per day and another person may need 1200 mg per day to get the same results). And since most of these things are actually suppliments, one person may already have enough in thier body, so the suppliment wont do anything, and another person may be deficient and the suppliment will work wonders for them. For example, creatine is acknowledged as being very good and almost some kind of wonder suppliment, but it doesn't do anything for me and never has. I've changed the dossage, the frequency, etc. and nothing. My body has enough creatine in it from the kinds of foods that I tend to eat that supplimenting it is useless (if your body has an excessive amount of creatinine, it will convert it into creatine as long as your organs are working properly). You really have to try things out yourself and take other people's experiences into consideration, but not think that you're going to experience the exact same effect.
