1-AD and Androdiol Select 300

The most common prohormone stack i s 1ad/4ad, which is exactly what 1-ad and androdiol select 300. Looks like Ergopharm got tired of having their classic product (1-ad) stacked with another company's (AST or Molecular Nutrition) 4AD.

Have not tried Androdiol Select 300, but Ergopharm is a class outfit. So you can use with confidence.

Stacks vary from person to person (there are lots and lots and lots and lots of threads on this), but stacks are typically 600 mg of 1-ad and 750 mg of 4-ad a day.

Try 1-AD, 4-AD, and stack it with maybe a bottle of 5-AD or MAG10. It gives best effects.

I said 5-AD because it converts to estrogen pretty quickly, and estrogen will make you blow up like a baloon

I think when you buy 1-AD, ErgoPharm is probably the most expensive but I've heard its because youre just paying for the name. Just putting in my .02
