What exactly is a good ECA stack?

I am currently taking....

aspirin, 325mg

synephrine from GNC (light ephedrine cousin) 350 mg (i got for $3, so i thought what the hell)....

guarana 250 mg....

does this sound ok?

So you're replacing the caffeine with guarna? Cool, but never heard of that, as its an ECA stack. I would say though, that stacker2 is a very good pre-made stack. I liked it and got mad energy and fat loss from it.

okay i am stupid...by caffeine do they mean just like coffee? or is there a caffeine pill?

No Syd this is caffeine, strictly caffeine. ECA-Ephedrine-25mg, Caffeine-250mg......Yes, you can buy caffeine pills at GNC and stores alike if Im correct....

10:1 ratio for caffeine to ephedrine. So 250mg to 25mg is a good start. 325mg aspirin can be taken...but I never do. Aspirin is not thermogenic and is only used in the stack to thin the blood thus allowing a longer life of EC in your system.

Im with Money...

I usually dont go with the asprin if I have a choice...but whatever works for the individual is good.
