18 Year Old Needs to lose 30 more pounds!!!
What one of these are the best to burn fat:
Thermorexin?
Liporexin?
I weigh 212 (5ft11), I have lost 44 pounds in the past 8 months.
And yes I do have a good diet and exercise program going.
Any other info about thermoreexin, and liporexin?
Thanks.

have you lost the 44 pounds, just by cardio and diet?? also what does your diet look like right now, and exercise prorgram? just curious cause you have done well so far, and those supplements arent magic in a bottle. you might could just save the money, and keep the routine you are doing. i lost 80lbs, over the course of 8th grade and freshman year. just stayed true to my diet, and did alot of cardio.

Wow you've made great progress so far. Keep motivated, and probably up your protien intake.
Also try having some green tea too.

First off...let me just say this...Great Job Bro! You should be proud.
I would suggest maybe a low-carb diet to help kick your ass back into the fat burning stage. Eat healthy and clean...maybe when youre down another 20lbs naturally...hit up an ECA/Clen Stack...its the best IMO.
Good Luck and Keep us posted.

Yea, bro, keep it up. Keep working on your diet - keep hitting up the cardio - I'm a big fan of sprints, they helped me lean out a lot, as well as keep some muscle density...
keep your protein up, take down the carbs a bit (especially after around 5pm)...and eat small, frequent meals (common advice, but worth stressing again)

sounds to me like you have everything worked out have you hit a plato or something becuase remember if you are dropping wieght to fast you risk loose skin or hanging skin. you could just modify your diet some more and change up the work out routine if you are stuck.
