I have not tried the other one but I know if you double dose of 1-ad it works very well. Actually the first wk you should take suggested dose then double and then come down off with suggested dose at end
wk 1-1 3x a day
wk 2-2 3x a day
wk 3-1 3x a day
that is example not what you should exactly do, you would prob do it longer then 3 wks
If I am correct the only difference is that 1-AD Extreme has DHB to helpo enhance the amount absorbed....however the 1-AD itself is made by ErgoPharm...hence it is the exact same
