Hey whats up. Im 16 years old and used to be liek 135 140 about 8 months ago. I started lifting on a good program, and eating right and taking creatine. I am about 175 and i bench 270. I am pretty plateud thoguh and my body fat could be lower. I have been takin creatine for a while and figured id stop doin that soon so i can lsoe some fat because i figure i am gettin extra from the water or something. I am gona swtich to the supplements glutamine whey and trib and multi vits. Any suggestions on waht else i should do or add.
