What kind of r-ALA to get??
I've seen so many different brands. Plus I've read that you need to supplement w/ b vitamins. So whats the deal?? I have heard that Glucorell is the best. Please school me on the best!!!

R from Syntrax is good....
But I am interested in this pharm grade stuff...

labiochem does produce a quality product.
GlucorellR is tested using the same methodology and is of equal purity.
GlucorellR is the only brand that includes the requisite biotin.
