How much 4-AD?

The current plan is

600mg 1-AD 1-6 (Ergopharm)
750mg 4-AD 1-6 (AST-SS)
6-oxo post cycle

Wondering if 750mg is enough 4-AD? On the bottle, it reccomends you take 750mg per day...so I'm guessing that is a SAFE dose and on the low side. Would 1000mg of 1250mg be better?

750 is fine...some guys double this, but then side effects become much more likely.

Start out at 750...this might not be enough...if so you can up it but Ive heard about a lot worse sides with the 4-AD then 1-AD so watch it and listen to your body...
