Hey, I've been taking Cookies N Cream flavored Muscle Milk for like two weeks now and this stuff is the best tasting shit ever. Anyway, I know some people who have taken it before while dieting and said it makes you lose weight. Now, right now I'm not dieting for a show but I'm just trying to stay leaner than I usually do this time of year. I tend to gain bodyfat when I try to bulk up since I was overweight for a good portion of my childhood and because I still have a slow metabolism. So does anyone think this is a good protein to take for me or should I stick to something with less fats and sugars?
