I am a senior in highschool and need some good high protein/lowcarb products I can eat b/t classes
Is there any liquid stuff I can take that is quick and easy to take rather than carrying a bar around. something like liquid creatine but that is protein.
here is my meal plan
Breakfast
4whites 1whole egg
cup oatmeal w/ powder
large glass of water
3 hours later
this is where I need help, I used to eat nitrotech bar 35 grams protein and like 3-6 carbs. Is there any liquid stuff I can take that is quick and easy to take rather than carrying a bar around. something like liquid creatine but that is protein.
lunch 2cans tuna with brown rice, hafta pack since school food sucks
before wkout
creatine 5 grams
after wkout
scoop of protein powder
5 grams creatine
5 grams glutamine
hour after wkout
2 skinless chicken breast
2-2 1/2 cupps sweet potatoes
large glass water
before bed
1 scoop protein with large glass water
each shake is 23grams protein and I am geting over a gallon of water a day and over 200grams protein. I train 5 days week and do cardio 4-5days.
I am done bulking and want to pack on lean muscle mass.
I am 205 lbs and 5'11. probably 15-18% bodyfat
