Safe to take NO2 and Hydroxycut??

I was just wondering. Is it safe to take Hydroxycut and NO2 at the same time?? Just asking, not going on a cutting phase anytime soon, just a question that popped in my head.
My concern is that since NO2 opens up your blood flow and increases, would taking something like Hydroxycut lead to heart problems since the blood flow would be going so fast??

dont know if it would lead to heart problems...but products like hydroxy cut has somewhat of an oppisite effect of no2........so it would make the no2 less effective which is a major money waste in my book....this information is from the no2 book written by Ed Byrd.....
