My girl friend is having cramps in her legs at night. This makes it hard for her to sleep. I was told this maybe caused by a lack of potassium. Is this true and does anyone know how else to help it? Thanks.

yup it could be, but also can be a lack of sodium. Tell her to check her diet and strech lots before and after training.
Thanks, she is a gymnist, so she does stretch a lot. That is why we think it had something to due with her diet. We will look a bit closer at her diet and see if she is lacking potassium or sodium. Thanks for the info bro.Originally Posted by popa
