Mine is approximately:
400 calories
50g protein
5g fat
40g carbs
protein 30g
carbs 75g

This setup tended to make me full and not wanna eat my meal an hour later and I would tend to wait 2 to 2.5 hrs, and I didn't like that esp now cause I have to work 2 hours after gym so I go light which allows me to eat soon after
