    Which Whey?

    I am currently looking at two different kinds of whey protein to purchase. First is the 100 pure whey, and the other is isopure. Which do you guys recommend?

    I would go with the IsoPure it has more protien per serving than most plus it comes with 4.6g of L-Glutimine per serving. Low Carbs too.

    It is also more expensive. off of sportsnutrition.com i can get 20 lbs of 100 pure whey for around 100 bucks, and only 9 lbs of iso pure for around 90. the 100 pure whey is also low in carbs

    Pure whey is better for quantity...Personally I like Pro-rated, or Optimum Nutrition.

    Sorry about that bro, didnt even compare prices. Sounds like you should go with the 100 pure.

    Has anyone ever taken Mega Whey from those morons at GNC? I think its good stuff, not a bad price either, if you have the gold card. It has 5g of Glutamine also, not bad. Anything comparable to this that I could try? Suggestions? I tend to get bored of the same supps...

    That's what I use. I only buy it (or anything for that matter) in the first week of the month. It's pretty good.

    www.allthewhey.com you can get 20 pounds for $76 and it has no artificial ingredients or fillers. Top of the line products. I believe swolecat uses it as well.

    I personally love the ON's 100% Hydro whey... awesome and very good. Cheap also!
    NLage2 gave my high Cholesterol but it was some good sh*t!

    The 100 pure sounds good. Also check out ebay, sometimes they have good deals on protein.
