    Multivitamins?

    How many times a day do you guys take multivitamins? I take two a day. 1 at morning and 1 at night. Would it be better to just take 1? What time of day is good to take it and how much?

    The easiest thing to say is to just take them according to the directions on the bottle. There are too many different multivitamins and they have different amounts of different ingredients (some of which you don't want too much of in your body at one time).

    i agrre with DBARCELO...too many vitamins in your system isn't good it could lead to some promblems...most of them say take one or basically the one ive been taking for the past 2 years says only take one...

    you'd be surprised at the amount of vitamins you get from foods if you eat the proper ones...i would think one a day is fine and definitely try to monitor what vitamins foods you eat have in them so you arent overdoing it.

    I think that if you are eating healthy clean foods then you are most probably getting more than enough. In any case you should be fine with one a day preferrably in the morning.

    Each vitamin is different. I take 1 per day.

    I have heard that you will absorb more from a capsule vitamin, compared to a hard pressed vitamin.
