    what is the best supplement

    what is the best supplement out there that has no side effects and wont effect teenagers. please put your results that you gained using that particular product and put the price that you payed and where you bought it at thanx

    Food and multivitamins. You don't need to suppliment anything else. You don't realize how many things are changing in your body as a teenager and you can throw everything out of whack. Stick with protein if you insist on taking something. Go for whey protein and go for 1gram for every 1 lb of your body weight per day.

    I agree with Dennis, but disagree on 1gram per bodyweight. I would shoot for 1.5-2. Just my opinon though bro.

    I said only 1 gram because that's all the average beginner needs. A more advanced person tends to need more and they go for 2 grams per pound. But that doubles the cost of supplimenting protein. And seeing that huesos is a teenager, I doubt he's advanced enough to need two grams or has the funds to support 2grams per pound. It is true that 1.5-2 is better, but for a person that's been working out for a while and can afford it, that's the only reason I said 1/1 ratio.

    Creatine and a mulit vitamin are perfect for teenagers........

    But theres not supplement with no side effects that will make you huge...

    I wouldn't even suggest creatine for a teenager. If they go over the recomended dose, they can cause some real problems.

    FOOD is the best anabolic for a teenager, eat lots. Creatine and multis are good as well.

    Whey Protein - $40 for 10lbs (that is a $hitload)
    Flax Oil - $11.95 for 50 servings (best price i've seen)
    Chicken, Green Veggies, Lean Beef, Fish, Oats - 30 - $50 a week
    Those are the best available supplements that will help you grow....i think you should be seeing a pattern here
