sheesh...some of the youger guys need to realize that more isnt always better, its probably worse. I had a friend who used to take creatine because he wanted to get big the only thing was the guy only hit the weight like once a week and wondered why he wasnt gaining any muscle, i think its getting worse and worse out there, some of the younger people just want to take the easy road out so they just start taking any steroid they can get their hands on and drinking every powder there is. They need to realize that diet, rest, and training hard get you big, not take every supp. know to man in outrageous quantities.
