    Stupid f&^%

    A kid at my school finished a 2lb tub of creatine in *1 WEEK*.. The dumby left the tub in his locker and would honestly drink about 10-15 shakes a day, this was only at school mind you. reading how taking to much creatine can raise serum levels and could be deadly im surprised the guy isnt dead. He had to stay in the hospital for a couple days and had major problems with his stomach. Im pretty sure he was on d-bol at the time too, thats what his friend told me anyways..
    anybody else no of or have stories of stupid ppl like this???

    what a dumb a** - more proof that no one under 18 should be allowed to use anything other than eat to get big LOL

    yeah kids in my high school who juice and when i ask them if they had post cycle therapy asked me what that was

    I'm glad you posted that story. I've been trying to tell people on this board for months that creatine can be dangerouse if taken in excess and that it can put you in the hospital. But a lot of people don't believe what I say about certain things. This is why I don't suggest teenagers take creatine. It's not stupidity, it's just ignorence. I've heard several people say that creatine is no problem even in high doses. So have one of them tell a teenager that they're going to get huge gains and it doesn't matter how much they take, then you get a situation like that. Even taking slightly high doses will cause the same effect over time.

    ya the kid is stupid, even a few weeks ago he was taking animal stak but taking 2 packs in a matter of 1 hour... i think this guy may die at a young age if he doesnt smartin up.
    DBarcelo? is taking 5g of creatine daily going to cause me side effects later on???

    sheesh...some of the youger guys need to realize that more isnt always better, its probably worse. I had a friend who used to take creatine because he wanted to get big the only thing was the guy only hit the weight like once a week and wondered why he wasnt gaining any muscle, i think its getting worse and worse out there, some of the younger people just want to take the easy road out so they just start taking any steroid they can get their hands on and drinking every powder there is. They need to realize that diet, rest, and training hard get you big, not take every supp. know to man in outrageous quantities.

    I personally dont think 5 grams a day will hurt in the least.......I've taken creatine since about the age of 16 and I am now 26.......I know there is many diferent views on this subject but I personally have never had no problems with it.I would recommend though that you drink lotttts of water and on work out days take ur dose after ur workout!Good luck!

    alright thanx cyto.. i have been taking creatine for a while now and i drink a lot of water... only 5gs a day though..

    ya a guy i know bought some sust of somebody and then like 8 weeks later he was like "im going to kill the guy who sold it to me". Hahaha the kid didnt go to the gym once he thought that the sust was just going to get him big. He is a big pot head and drinks all the time.. what a waste of money, and what a retard.. im not sure what some ppl are thinking

    5g per day is not a problem. That's around what your body needs every day. On workout days you can get away with 10g. You can get away with 10g per day for quite a while before you start to have any side effects.

    I totally agree...it's the kids who run around at 40g/day and things like that when it gets seriously out of hand...

    creatine can be good...but more isn't better...you can overdose on children's vitamins...what makes these kids think that they can't on something like creatine, you know?

    It's true. But there's so much misinformation out there. A lot of people think your body just gets rid of any extra creatine, but it really can't. I've seen quite a few people on this board say that you can't hurt yourself with high doses of creatine. That's why I like this post so much. These kids look to those of us that've been doin' this for years for advise and we have to try to protect them really. They think they're invincible on some levels. Let me stop. I'm gettin worked up.

    haha...i know what you mean about getting worked up over some of this stuff...

    welll thanx for all the info.... im was limiting myself to 5-10gs a day and now that i have read some of these responses im happy i did.....

    last year one of my strength trainers for football gave me a big bag of just pure creatine, and told me to take 10 grams per day. Me, being stupid as i was, didnt bother to check how much 10-20 grams actually was, and took the creatine for a little over a month. I went to the doctors to get a check up and they saw that my liver enzymes were elevated and it was hazardous for me to take any kind of drug. After weighing out how much creatine i was actually taking, i saw it was 40+ grams per day. Was a real eye opener on how serious even supplements, let alone roids, can be

    **** man that sucks.. there used to be this kid in my gym who would take caffine tabs then drink like 32442413231253124 redbulls plus 10-15 grams of creatine.. man he was boucing of the walls.. i mean he looked like he was on a ****ed up coke rush..
