    When to take an ECA stack?

    If I am bulking right now, could I use an ECA stack on off days right before cardio to trim excess fat while not hurting my muscle growth? My cardio will not be intense, as to be too catabolic, just something light. Or should I leave out ECA stacks all together when bulking?

    As long as it doesn't affect your appetite to the point where you would skip an important meal, you should be alright using it to boost your energy during a work out. But if your really trying to bulk and your diet is good you shouldn't be gaining much fat anyway.

    Well "light" cardio won't do much of anything for you except waste your time. If you do intense cardio you will stregthen your heart. If you do medium intensity cardio you will burn fat. I would limit your ECA and cardio intake to 3 days a week. First thing in the morning 45 minutes of 70% max heartrate. Take the ECA 45-60 minutes before your cardio session.
