    New Cycle And Supplements

    Whats up bros. I am running a test cyp cycle soon.....and was wondering what type of protein would be best for my goals. I am looking to pack on some solid lean mass, goal is 20 lbs. I kno many people have different opinions on what brands are best, but what type (whey, isolate, etc???) would be best. I currently am 6'3" 180 and about 7 % bf....also is there any other nessecary supps i should look into while running this cypo cycle. thanks in advance bros

    Whey protein is probably the best. Some people like isolate better than the regular whey protein, but I don't think it really makes any real difference. There is a difference, but not a major difference anyway.

    I personally like to utilize all types of protein- slow and fast digesting.

    and to answer your question, you can't really say one protein is the best, it's all based on preference.

    isolate is a type of whey protein. there's isolate and concentrate...

    That's what I meant. Sorry for not writing concentrate. I just assume that people know something and I don't have to spell out everything.
