Which supplement to increase aggressiveness?
Hey guys, I'm a competitive track athlete, and due to depression I have been taking Lexapro, which is similar to Prozac. It helps my depression but unfortuantely totally takes away my agression during competition. It really takes my edge away and I can't compete up to my potential. Since I get tested for stuff at competitions, I need to know a supplement (non-steroid ) that could help my agressiveness come back. Is ZMA a good idea? What about andro? I'm not really looking for a physical performance enhancement, but rather something to get me in that pissed-off take on the world mood when I need it. I really feel listless and apathetic on the depression meds, so something to help me get my edge back would help. Thanks in advance.

Why dont you just try and think of the people who have pissed you off or done you wrong during your life. Seriously, the night before your competition cry about some girl who dumped you. Swear revenge the next day.
Or I would get someone to kick you in the sac. You will be furious if you get bagged hard enough.
Maybe your personality is just a naturally passive one?

Haha, that doesn't work for me unfortunately. I find it difficult to get myself pumped up lately, especially after taking the antidepressants. If I could just think myself into a fury, I would do it, definetly. Just like everyone else, I'm looking for something to give me a little edge, a little focus before I compete.

I think you may need more Intensity rather then Agressiveness.
Before your events, play your favourite tune or think of a scene from a movie that gets you pumped up. If not, just visualize yourself winning the meet and what happens after, think of reaping all the positive benefits. That should get your intensity going a little.

Caffiene helps rev you up and gives you a good, intense feeling.
